You probably get asked this alot- do you have any coloring tutorials online? The way you layer and blend colors looks very clean, and I'm curious if you leave the white space untouched (which for me personally is difficult to do, espeically with juciy markers that bleed) or if you've used a white paint pen of sorts for those "reflective" bits of white.
If you don't have time to respond, I understand. Love your work, keep on doing what you do! (:

I don't really have any marker tutorials online.. mostly because I'm still kind of learning as I go. :) But who knows, that might be fun to do. I might post one on my site sometime.

As for the white areas.. sometimes (very rarely) I just leave them blank, so it's the blank card you're seeing.. these days I've been using white-out pen. Like that Leia card above - I used a white-out pen (just a standard one from Officemax or Target) to outline her head. Seems to work pretty well, as long as you give it time to dry before sticking it in a card holder.

It's a great drawing (no question about that), but why are they together? Is there a secret connection between them? :D

It's just two separate card commissions that I scanned in at the same time. :)

What a quick reply!
The white-out pen definitly looks great, I'm sure you can get a lot of nice light on dark effects with it. I will definitly expiriment with that tip! I'll also keep an eye on your site, incase you change your mind about a tutotiral! :)

Thank you, Grant!
